We invite Özyeğin University Faculty of Engineering students to join the summer research projects in Associate Professor İlknur Eruçar’s MODEL Laboratory!

Open to 3rd and 4th-year engineering students, this program offers the opportunity to participate in the following three innovative projects:

1. Innovative Material Synthesis and Carbon Capture Performance Assessment
   This project focuses on advanced material research for carbon capture and storage applications. It includes experimental work.
2. Application of LLM Models in Material Technologies
   This project involves integrating large language models (LLMs) into engineering and material science.
3. Molecular Simulations for Natural Gas Purification Technologies
   This project includes atomistic simulations and computation-based approaches for natural gas purification.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Be a 3rd or 4th-year student in the Özyeğin University Faculty of Engineering.
• Have an interest in research projects.
• Open to all interested students.
