Legal Concepts of Energy Law II

This is a follow up course to Legal Concepts of Energy Law I. In this course administrative structure/structure of the independent regulatory authorities, relationship between administration and contracts, relationship between the administration and individuals, the administration’s authority to resolve disputes between private parties/alternative dispute resolution, administrative sanctions and public goods topics will be studied and discussed in relation to energy law. At the end of the course, it is aimed to explain and discuss the conceptual background of the legislation on energy markets in Turkey.
