Women in Leadership Scholarship (3 individuals)

This scholarship is designed for women with strong leadership potential.

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience Demonstrated potential to become a senior executive
• Proven ability to drive meaningful change or lead transformation within an organization
• Clearly defined career goals supported by relevant professional experience
• Engagement in community-benefiting projects or initiatives

• Evaluation of the application form and statement of purpose (candidates who prefer can submit a video instead of the statement of purpose)
• English interview
• At least 2 references from senior executives, academic advisors, or mentors.
