This is an introductory course designed for Law School Graduate students studying Energy Laws and Regulations. It is designed to provide a general understanding of the Energy Business practices at a basic level and it lays the foundation to improve their capabilities to understand, assess and have a conclusive approach for the Legal and Regulatory issues. The course introduces various types of Energy Business Practices for effective legal decision-making in their working environment and provides a working knowledge of the concepts, tools, and applications in the course scope.
