Corporate & StartUp Day 2020 Takes Place in Collaboration with Özyeğin University

The Corporate & Startup Day 2020, organized jointly by Özyeğin University, Endeavor Turkey, the Entrepreneurial Organizations Platform, and Fast Company, brought together start-up leaders, companies, and startups once again.

Corporate & StartUp Day 2020 took place at Swissôtel the Bosphorus Istanbul, and commenced with the opening remarks by Özyeğin University Rector Prof. Dr. Esra Gençtürk. The event also featured Mr. Murat Özyeğin, Member of the Board of Trustees at Özyeğin University, as a panelist.

Corporate & StartUp Day 2020 recognizes outstanding efforts of businesses both in their new startup initiatives and their collaborations with new startups, conferring awards on successful projects in the categories of “StartUp 100, StartUp Friend, and Corporate Startup”.

Çelik Motor won the Best Corporate Entrepreneurship Project Award for its Moov by Garenta project, while İş Bank and Birleşik Ödeme Sistemleri (United Payment Systems) received the Most Effective Business & StartUp Cooperation Award for its Borusan ETA Card project. The Jury Special Award went to Koç Sistem. Meanwhile, İş Bank also topped the Startup Friendly Companies list, while Getir placed first on the Startup 100 rankings.
