Grade Changes and Submission of Incomplete Grades

Dear Members of OzU,

It was previously announced that the last day for submission of incomplete grades was updated as Friday, January 28, 2022 due to the postponement of composite examinations because of adverse weather conditions. However, as all composite examinations have been postponed to Monday, January 31, 2022 pursuant to the decision of the Governorship of Istanbul, please be advised that the last day for submission of incomplete grades has been revised as follows:

• The last day for grade changes and submission of incomplete grades for all courses (excluding courses for which composite examinations will be administered on Monday, January 31, 2022):  Friday, January 28, 2022 - 15:00
• The last day for grade changes and submission of incomplete grades for courses with composite examinations on Monday, January 31, 2022:  Wednesday, February 2, 2022, 15:00

Please be reminded that you must use the Grade Change interface for grade changes and submission of incomplete grades. You may log into the Grade Change interface via the Student Information System  (SIS) through the Grades - Final Grades - Grade [A1] Change tabs. Grade changes must be approved by the Dean / Director of the faculty / school which offers the course. Once the grade change is approved, students will immediately be able to view the amended grade via the SIS.  Changes made to BÜT (composite exam) grades are not submitted to the Faculty Dean/School Director for approval, and instead are directly shown in the student’s academic records. Please note that the interface will be closed after the aforementioned date, and any “I” or “BÜT” sign which has not been replaced by this date will automatically turn into an F (“Fail”) grade.
