The Conference Proceedings “Turkish-Polish Comparative Law Symposium III: Criminal Law” Now Published!

The German Law Application and Research Center at Özyeğin University published a new conference proceedings book titled “Turkish-Polish Comparative Law Symposium III: Criminal Law” in cooperation with the Seçkin Publishing House. 

The book is a collection of papers presented during the comparative law symposium organized by the Faculty of Law at Özyeğin University on May 8, 2015, in both Turkish and German. The comparative law symposium had been organized jointly with the Bialystok University of Technology and addressed a selection of hot topics on internal security from the perspective of the Turkish and Polish laws. To that end, the symposium focused on not only subjects specific to criminal law but also subjects pertaining to constitutional law, police law, and criminal procedure law.
