Applications for New Student Clubs

During the Welcome Week - which took place between October 2nd and 6th, 2023, our student clubs set up 48 stands and memberships for the 2023-2024 Academic Year were taken at these stands. Applications for new student clubs will be accepted to operate in different fields from these 48 clubs.

In order to apply, 10 founding students should come together and a club advisor should be determined from the academic or administrative staff.

The documents that need to be submitted to the Social Events Unit can be accessed via drive. The relevant documents are as follows:

1. Application Letter for Establishing a New Student Club
2. Club Regulations
3. Advisory Procedure

Applications must be submitted to the Social Events Unit (Student Center 2B18) by the end of business hours on Friday, October 20th, 2023.
