ENSURE 6G Project, Involving Dr. Başak Ozan Özparlak and Dr. Müge Çetin as Partners, Receives Grant from Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Staff Exchanges under Horizon Europe Programme

The project “ENSURE 6G: Evolution in Security and Privacy for 6G Networks,” which includes Dr. Başak Ozan Özparlak and Dr. Müge Çetin from the Faculty of Law at Özyeğin University as partners, has been awarded a grant under the Horizon Europe 2023 Call of the Marie S. Curie Actions for Staff Exchanges.

The interdisciplinary ENSURE 6G Project will be conducted in the field of 6G, recognized as one of the pioneering technologies supporting Green and Digital Transformation and serving as a cornerstone of the technical infrastructure required for achieving sustainability goals. Özyeğin University stands out as the only Turkish university participating in the project. Dr. Özparlak and Dr. Çetin aim to work on a legal framework to facilitate the development of a resilient 6G telecommunications infrastructure against cyber-physical attacks in 6G networks. Through this project, our university will position itself among the world’s leading institutions in the fields of privacy and security within 6G networks.
