Assistant Prof. Ali C. Beğen, a member of our Faculty of Engineering, Gives Lectures Across the World as the “IEEE Communications Society Distinguished Lecturer”

Assistant Prof. Ali C. Beğen has been selected as a Distinguished Lecturer by the IEEE Communications Society. Distinguished Lecturers are nominated by a technical committee among faculty members who are experts in their respective fields, and are able to share their knowhow effectively, and motivate listeners. Assistant Prof. Ali C. Beğen will be a lecturer at universities, research centers and similar other institutions in the North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia for the next two years.

Assistant Prof. Ali C. Beğen is the only faculty member included in the list from Turkey this year. He will represent Turkey and our university on international platforms with his lectures on “Multimedia Communications”, “Networked Entertainment”, “IPTV Technologies and Content Delivery”, and “Over-the-Top Video and Streaming”.
