Use Outlook For Google Apps Account

Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook can be used in order to manage your Google Apps mail, calendar, and contacts from Microsoft Outlook.

Using Microsoft Outlook For Google Apps Account

• Download and Install Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook.
• Close Microsoft Outlook.
• Launch the Google Sync.
• Sign in with your e-mail address.
  • Do not forget to use ug/grad within email address.
  • name.surname@ug.ozyegin.edu.tr or name.surname@grad.ozyegin.edu.tr
• Click "Yes, I have a password" and type your password.
• Check "Remember me".
• Click "Continue".
• Click "Create Profile".
• Click "Start Outlook".
• Select Google Apps Profile.
• A Synchronization Status screen will be displayed which you may close if you want.
• To see the status at any time, just point your mouse at the Google Apps Sync icon in the Windows system tray.
