Our Engineering Students Won the First and Second Prize in ASME-SPDC 2015 Europe
 
Ozyegin University’s ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Student Chapter hosted one of ASME's most prestigious student events, the Student Professional Development Conference – Europe (SPDC), between May 6^th  and 8^th , 2015. Osman Doğan Yirmibeşoğlu, our senior Mechanical Engineering student, won the first prize in the Oral Presentation Competition (OGOPC) of SPDC 2015 Europe with his presentation “Robot Control with Human Body Interaction”.  Osman Doğan Yirmibeşoğlu and Batuhan Yapanoğlu, our senior Electrical-Electronics Engineering student, also won the second prize in the Student Design Competition (SDC) of SPDC 2015 Europe, with their robot “Hunter”. Our second prize winners, thus, advanced to the SDC finals to be held in the US in November.
