2018 – 2019 Spring Semester Course Withdrawals For Graduate Students (exc. EMBA, MBA, MaENT and MSFE)

Dear Students,

You may complete your course withdrawals for the 2018 – 2019 Spring semester via the “Course Registration” page of the Student Information System (SIS) between 10:00 on Monday, April 01, 2019 and 16:00 on Friday, April 05, 2019.

Please be advised that, you do not need to obtain the approval of the course instructor or advisor to withdraw from a course.  As soon as you complete the withdrawal process on SIS, your course withdrawal will be effective. You do not need to seek any additional approval. Withdrawing from a course or cancelling a previously completed withdrawal is not permitted after the Course Withdrawal page.

Online Course Withdrawal Process

• Course Withdrawal: Please log in to SIS and go to the Course Registration page. Among the courses marked as “Registered” in the “My Registered Courses” box, select the course(s) you wish to withdraw from. Then click the “Withdraw” button to complete the process.
• Cancellation of Course Withdrawal: Please log in to SIS and go to the Course Registration screen. Among the courses marked as “Withdrawn” in the “My Registered Courses” box, select the course(s) for which you wish to cancel your withdrawal. Then click the “Cancel the Withdrawal” button to complete the process.
• Course withdrawals will automatically appear on your academic record. You can view your course withdrawals on your transcript and among the list of your registered courses in the “Courses, Grades and Transcripts” menu.
