2019 - 2020 Fall Semester Undergraduate Course Substitution Procedures
If you wish to repeat a course which you previously took and failed, this semester, you are required to complete your course substitution procedures till January 17, 2020 Friday at 14:00 via the Course Substitution screen under the “Course Catalog and Registrations” tab on the Student Information System (SIS).

Courses listed in the box on the left are the courses for which you previously registered. Courses listed in the box on the right are the courses for which you have registered this semester.
In order to complete your course substitution procedures, you are required to complete the following steps:
First Step: Click on the original course (in the box on the left) which you previously took and wish to substitute now.
Second Step: Click on the substitute course (in the box on the right) which you have registered for this semester and wish to substitute with the original course.
Third Step: Click on the “Substitute” button.
You can verify whether you successfully completed your course substitution procedures by checking your repeated courses on the “Courses, Grades and Transcripts” menu.
If both of the courses (the original and the substitute) are offered in the previous semesters (and listed in the box on the left), then you need to fill out Graded Course Substitution Formand submit it to your Faculty/School Secretary. Applications approved with the decision of the Faculty / School Executive Board will be processed by Student Services.
