Open Faculty Position in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Özyeğin University

Özyeğin University, Istanbul is one of the leading foundation universities in Turkey with a strong commitment to conducting world-class research. The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering invites candidates to apply for the faculty positions to start in Spring 2024. While the Department is primarily seeking applicants at the assistant professor level, applicants at other ranks will also be considered.

Applications are sought from candidates across all areas of electrical and electronics engineering. A non-exhaustive list of topics of interest for hiring in these areas is as follows:

  • the broad area of analog electronics and mixed-signal microelectronic circuit design.
  • the broad area of networking of any layer including the physical layer
  • the broad area of automotive including control systems, embedded systems, and power electronics

The applicant must have a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a closely related field. The applicant must demonstrate excellent research potential as well as a strong interest and ability in undergraduate and graduate teaching. The candidate will be expected to develop and lead a strong externally-funded research program.
