Betül Oral graduated from Yeditepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts in 2021, and also completed a double major in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. After completing her postgraduate education in the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Thesis Master’s Program at Bahçeşehir University, she started her PhD studies at Özyeğin University in the Design, Technology, and Society program. She works on food packaging and labeling, product development, and sensory analysis.
