Having been established in May 21st, 2009, the Hotel Management Program is the first and only academic program ever developed in its domain in Turkey.
In September 2012, the second program within the School of Applied Sciences, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts was introduced with the partnership of Le Cordon Bleu International.
This has formed a unique alliance combining high-quality management education of Özyeğin University with Le Cordon Bleu International’s long-established tradition of culinary expertise and training.
Hotel Management and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, continuously developing industries both in Turkey and around the world, are highly attractive majors for the young generation; however they lack well-educated and experienced personnel. The Undergraduate Hotel Management, and Undergraduate Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Programs of the School of Applied Sciences aim to prepare future leaders in gastronomy and hotel management, possessing entrepreneurial, innovative, and problem solving characteristics, vested with sectoral knowledge and skills, leading to the creation of added-value upon successful completion of the academic degree in a well-designed career path.
