Natural Gas Law

The scope of this course can be summarized with a simple question: “Would it be possible to maintain sovereignty and the exercise of human rights without energy?”. The interconnection between the abstract notion of energy and natural gas as one of it’s sources together with the strategical importance of Turkey in this context emerges the need for skilled lawyers in this field. Thus the course aims to theoretically and practically examine the Turkish and International law rules regarding Natural Gas inclusive of it’s relation with other energy sources.
