Campus Vehicle Permit Registration Form

Dear Members of OzU,

 

Please be advised that in order to ensure that our on-campus parking facilities are used in the safest way possible and prevent any unfortunate incidents due to reasons such as improper parking, Campus Vehicle Permits (CVPs) will continue to be utilized in the new academic year as well.

This year, the HSE Security Campus Vehicle Permit Registration Form has been moved to online. You may access and fill out the online form here. Once the form is filled out, students may collect their permits from the HSE Office 2B15B (opposite the Post Office) in the Student Center, while faculty and staff may receive their permits from the Security Office G23 in the AB1 Building from November 1 through November 12 between 09:00 and 16:00.

The rules for campus vehicle permits and on-campus parking facilities are available in the Registration Form. The permits will be valid for the 2021-2022 academic year only. Please also note that, as of Friday, November 12, 2021, 18:00pm,  vehicles without vehicle permits will not be admitted into the on-campus parking garages or parking facilities in the dormitory area.

Your cooperation in using our campus roads and on-campus parking facilities safely will be greatly appreciated. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and support for our staff who distribute the vehicle permits and our security staff who ask you to present your vehicle permit.
