2024-2025 Spring Course Evaluations (Excluding MBA, EMBA, MSFE)

Dear Students, 

Please be advised that 2024-2025 Spring semester course evaluations will be opened via SIS for the following dates. You may submit your course evaluations for all your courses till the deadline for course evaluations. Students who fill out the course evaluation forms for all the courses they have taken within the announced period are granted access to their grades via the SIS at the end of the semester. The final grades of students who are unable or who fail to complete their course evaluations will be announced starting from June 5th, 2025, excluding the courses for which they were assigned an F, U, I or BÜT Grade. 

Start Date: Monday, May 12, 2025, 8.00 am

End Date: Friday, May 30, 2025, 3.00 pm

Although the responses provided in course evaluation forms are accessible to course instructors, department heads, and Faculty Deans / School and Institute Directors, these authorities cannot access the identity information of respondents in any way. 

The most important goal of course evaluation forms is to receive our students’ feedback about our courses’ strengths and areas of improvement and make the necessary improvements in our courses as per student feedback. Therefore, it is of paramount importance that all students fill out the course evaluation forms for their courses. 

Özyeğin University encourages student participation in order to derive the maximum benefit from course evaluation. Therefore, we kindly remind you that you must complete your course evaluation forms during the aforementioned dates in order to be able to access your grades as soon as they are announced.
