The accelerator program starts with a 5-week acceleration camp. The program includes training sessions on lean startup, customer development, and business models as well as mentorship sessions. The 5-week program is ensued by an incubation period. Over the course of incubation, entrepreneurs are offered free office space, a network, infrastructural support, and access to investors. The Fit Startup Factory is free of charge, and does not claim any of the shares from the ventures admitted onto its programs.
Recently, the Fit Startup Factory began offering sector-focused programs, which are aimed at accelerating the development of the ventures focused on, or presently operating in the target sector. Entrepreneurs who join the program receive mentorship from professionals holding extensive sectoral experiences, and benefit from the amenities the organization offers, including data, infrastructural support, and customer access.
Some of the programs that the Fit Startup Factory offered in the past are Big Data with SAP, Cash-Free Society with Mastercard, the Internet of Things with Intel Challenge, Solutions To Make Life Easier with Turkcell, Financial Technologies with Garanti Bank, the Scaleup Competition with UK Trade & Investment, and OpenFab Hardware Design Acceleration Programs.
