Dr. Neşe GANİÇ SAĞLAM, graduated as an architect from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Faculty of Architecture among the top third graduates of the faculty. Afterwards she completed her M.Sc. in Environmental Control and Construction Technologies from ITU in 2012 and Ph.D. in Construction Sciences from the same university in 2017. Supported by scholarships for six months between 2011-2012 and for one year between 2016-2017, she conducted her researches in Politecnico di Torino Department of Energy. She had been working as a Research Assistant in ITU Faculty of Architecture between years 2011 and 2017. She was involved in several research projects and has national and international publications on cost effective energy efficiency in buildings, nearly zero energy buildings and green building certification systems.
