Biography

Dr. Özlem İnanç Şenses received her undergraduate degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and her master's and doctorate degrees in European Union law from Marmara University European Union Institute. She continues his postdoctoral studies in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Robot Law. She is a patent attorney registered in Europe and Turkey and an official expert mediator on Trade, Energy and Intellectual Property and Industrial Rights Law. After her undergraduate degree, she worked as a labor law research assistant at Istanbul University. She worked as an assistant professor at various universities. She has been working at Özyeğin University since 2017 and teaching English and Turkish courses there; At the undergraduate level, European Union Law, European Union Digital Law, European Union Economics Law, European Union Environmental Law, European Union-Turkey Partnership Law, Artificial Intelligence and Robot Law, Artificial Intelligence Law ad Ethics, Multidisciplinary SEC 405 Artificial Intelligence: Impact on Humanity, Society and Business, Information Privacy and Security Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Personal Data Protection Law and at master’s level, Artificial Intelligence and Energy Law, Petroleum and Petroleum Markets Law, Energy and Environmental Law, Energy Markets and Competition Law, Energy Law and Regulation, Freedom of Thought and Information Tools, and Energy Infrastructure Security and Cyber Law. She established the OzUArtificial Intelligence Law Laboratory (OzUAILAWLAB) in 2022 and carries out activities, projects and publications together with her students.
