Dr. ISIK graduated from Kadir Has Anatolian High School in 2005 and he got his Bachelor's Degree of Law (LL.B) at Gazi University School of Law  in 2010. He received his Master’s Degree of Law (LL.M) with the study titled “Public Security in Turkey within The Perspective of Public Law” at Public Law Department of Gazi University Institute of Social Sciences in 2012. He commensed his Doctoral Degree of Law (Ph.D) with the study titled “The Legal Dimensions of Europe's Fighting Against Terrorism in the Tension between Security and Liberty” at Public Law Department of Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences in 2019. He held the public office as a “Research Assistant” in Ankara University School of Law for eight years. He also carried out the duty of “Assistant Editor” at Ankara University Faculty of Law Review for five years. He is still studying in the second doctorate program at Medical Law Department of Istanbul Medeniyet University Institute of Social Sciences. He is fluent in English, intermediate in German and basic in Bulgarian.
