ELECTIVE COURSES

During their PhD studies, students are required to complete elective courses as follows:

At least three courses must be selected from the pool of elective courses offered in the PhD Programs of their registered departments.

The remaining four courses can be selected from the elective course pools offered in the Non-Thesis/Thesis Master's or PhD Programs of their registered departments or other law departments.

PUBLICATION REQUIREMENT

Over the course of their PhD studies, students must publish a minimum of 2 papers in national/international indexed and refereed journals before their thesis defense. (Papers published must be in a topic other than the thesis subject).
