Payment Methods
Tuition fee payments must be made on the payment dates announced in the academic calendar using one of the payment methods listed below.
Direct payments to the University via bank transfer (EFT/wire transfer) are not accepted. No bank account details are provided for tuition fee payments.
Details of the available payment methods are provided below.
- Fees determined in Turkish Lira (TRY) must be paid in Turkish Lira.
- Tuition and dormitory fees may be paid either in full or in installments. Dormitory security deposits, library fees, and document/certificate fees must be paid in full.
- Tuition fees may be paid either annually or by semester. Once the annual or semester payment option has been selected, the payment cannot be cancelled, and the payment method cannot be changed.
Full Payment
Students who wish to pay in full may use one of the following payment methods within the payment period specified in the academic calendar.
Full Payment at Fibabanka Branches
To make a payment at a Fibabanka branch, the payer must have a Fibabanka account. It is sufficient to provide the student's full name and student ID number. Payment is completed by debiting the amount displayed in the bank's system from the customer's Fibabanka account.
Full Payment via Fibabanka Internet or Mobile Banking
Fibabanka customers can log in to Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, select Payments > School Payments, enter the student's ID number, view all outstanding balances, and make a full payment directly from their account.
Full Payment via Fibabanka Telephone Banking
Fibabanka customers with a deposit account may make a full payment by calling Fibabanka Telephone Banking at 444 88 88.
Full Payment by Debit or Credit Card
Payments may be made using any bank debit (ATM) card or credit card through the Student Services > Fees and Payments > Debt Monitoring and E-Payment page on the University's website.
To make a payment by debit or credit card, the card must meet the following requirements:
- Internet/Virtual POS transactions must be enabled.
- 3D Secure authentication must be enabled.
- The available limit for Internet/Virtual POS transactions must be sufficient.
- Foreign-issued debit or credit cards must be authorized for international transactions.
Installment Payments
Installment Payment by Credit Card
The installment payment option is available for tuition fees and dormitory fees.
For installment payments made by credit card, the financial institution processing the payment may charge an additional commission, which varies depending on the number of installments selected.
Payments can be made through the Student Services > Fees and Payments > Debit Monitoring and E-Payment page on the University's website.
To make installment payments by credit card, the card must meet the following requirements:
- Internet/Virtual POS transactions must be enabled.
- 3D Secure authentication must be enabled.
- The available limit for Internet/Virtual POS transactions must be sufficient.
Installment Payment via VakıfBank Vinov Campus
The Vinov Campus installment option is available only for semester tuition fee payments. It cannot be used if the annual tuition fee is paid during the registration period. Semester tuition fees paid through Vinov Campus may be divided into four payments, structured as 1 initial payment + 3 installments. The Vinov Campus account is opened separately for each semester and is not renewed automatically.
To use this payment method, students must:
- open a VakıfBank Turkish Lira demand deposit account through VakıfBank Mobile or Internet Banking.
- activate a Vinov account.
- approve the tuition payment plan through the "Vinov Approval Transactions" menu in VakıfBank Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, or the Vinov application.
(All of these procedures may also be completed at the nearest VakıfBank branch.)
The payment process is completed only after the approval has been submitted. Registrations without payment approval will not be finalized.
Payments can be made through the Student Services > Fees and Payments > Debit Monitoring and E-Payment page on the University's website.
Installment Payment via Fibabanka Overdraft Account (KMH)
The Overdraft Account (KMH) installment option is available only for semester tuition fees. It cannot be used if the annual tuition fee is paid during the registration period.
Semester tuition fees paid through a KMH account may be divided into four payments, structured as 1 initial payment + 3 installments. The KMH facility is established separately for each semester and is not renewed automatically.
To use this payment method, an account must first be opened at the Fibabanka Özyeğin University Branch.
The account holder must visit the branch in person and:
- inform the bank representative that they wish to pay the Özyeğin University tuition fee in installments.
- provide the student's full name and student ID number.
- submit the required documentation.

Alternatively, applicants may become Fibabanka customers through Fibabanka Video Banking without visiting a branch.
Late Fee
Students who are unable to pay their tuition by the due dates announced in the academic calendar are offered the opportunity to make their late payments together with a late fee by the end of the add-drop period. A late fee is assessed in TL at a monthly rate of 4.5%*. This rate is applied to the past due balance daily, including holidays. Late fees are added to the outstanding balance and are collected together with the overdue amount.
* The University may revise the rate of late fee for each academic year.
Invoice
Tuition invoices are issued in the name of the student in four equal amounts each semester.
Fall semester invoices are issued in September, October, November and December, while Spring semester invoices are issued in February, March, April, and May.
To see your invoices issued since 2021, please log in the Student Information System (SIS), and go to “Financial Information -> View Invoice” tabs.
Our University is exempt from Corporate Tax.

Refunds
In cases which require refunds in line with the relevant legislations and procedures (i.e. leave of absence), refunds are made so long as the student has no outstanding debts against the University, and has returned all of the items and equipment the University issued for his/her use in good working condition without any damage. Refunds are made back to the original form of payment. No refunds are made for course cancellation during the summer session.
