The Results Of Dormitory Applications

Dear Students,

Please be advised that the results of dormitory applications for the 2018-2019 Fall semester have been announced. You may check the results of your applications via SIS >> Dormitory Procedures >> Dormitory Application Results. If your dormitory application is accepted, you may also view your room type and roommate details on the same screen. Please be informed that room numbers will be announced on Wednesday, September 19, 2018.

We kindly remind you that the due date for the payment of housing fees is Wednesday, September 19, 2018, 17:00pm.

Should you wish to cancel your room assignment, please note that you must submit your room cancellation request to kubra.meyrili@ozyegin.edu.tr before Monday, September 17, 2018, 16:00pm. For any cancellation requests submitted after September 17, 2018, 16:00pm, refunds will be made as per the refund principles stipulated in the dormitory directives.  

You may move in your rooms starting from September 21, 2018, 9:00am. Please bring your criminal record certificate (obtainable from e-government website), and a clean bill of health (health certificate) which verifies your fitness to stay in the dormitories (obtainable from family physician, public or private hospitals) in order to be eligible to move in your rooms.

Please be informed that should there be any room cancellations, we will invite the Secondary Dormitory Applications. Please check your OzU email regularly to keep posted with our announcements.
