Ayşe Nur Bulut obtained her B.Sc. in Food Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2013. Between the years of 2010-2011 she continued her undergraduate study in University of Applied Science Bremerhaven, Germany. She obtained her M.A. in Food Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2016 with a thesis on sugar replacement in bakery products with stevia extract. Meanwhile she worked as food engineer to ensure the quality and hygiene of frozen and baked products and catering processes.
