Elmas Onbaşı Gül works as an Instructor at ScOLa. In 2007, she received her BA degree from Dumlupınar University and her MA degree from Yeditepe University in English Language and Literature in 2016.  She continues her PhD studies in Curriculum and Instruction at Yeditepe University. Before joining Özyeğin University, she worked at Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University as an English Instructor in the Department of Foreign Languages.
