Özyeğin University (OzU) Psychology Department will hire two assistant professors, associate professors, or full professors. Even though applicants working in the following areas will be preferred, candidates from any subfield of psychology are strongly encouraged to apply.

Commensurate with their title and experience, candidates must have demonstrated potential for academic excellence in both research and teaching productivity.
OzU was founded as a private not-for-profit university in 2007 and ascended quickly in national and international university rankings, e.g., becoming Turkey's youngest university in multiple THE rankings.
OzU Psychology BA program, founded in 2011, is one of the few programs that is accredited by the Turkish Psychological Association, reflecting the high international standards of the education offered. Together with the BA program, the department houses MA programs in Couple & Family Therapy, Applied Developmental Psychology, and Industrial & Organizational Psychology. The department currently has around 500 undergrad students, 35 grad students, and 17 full-time academics. With multiple labs, a Couple and Family Therapy Center, and involvement in various research and intervention projects, the department has an excellent research and public service & engagement record.
