About Us

The Administrative Services Unit serves under the Operations Department. The unit provides support to all stakeholders in completing daily routines. The unit’s main principle is to provide quick and effective solutions to ease stakeholders’ lives on campus.

The main responsibilities of the unit include cleaning, handling, food and drink services, on-campus business/lessee management, insurance, disinfestation, mailing/correspondence, GSM line and handset management, and the storage and distribution of stationery and cleaning materials. The unit offers these services 24/7 at the highest possible standard and quality of service in accordance with effective legislation and the HSE rules.
