The financial services sector in Turkey not only successfully emerged from recent global crises, but has also assumed one of the leading roles to shape the financial landscape in the region. With the goal of becoming a local financial hub, the need for competent and trustworthy professionals in the country and the region is apparent. With its innovative and flexible learning environment, the Özyeğin University International Finance program offers a unique opportunity to shape the careers of future finance professionals.

As a graduate of this program, you will be poised to work in all areas of finance – in asset management, in corporate sector and commercial and investment banks, as well as other financial institutions and the public sector.

My humble advice to the students is this: “Do not focus all your courses in one narrow area. Enrich your experience by concentrating on several areas in finance. Take advantage of interdisciplinary interactions and develop expertise in other areas as well. Frequently consult your academic advisor.”
