The Executive MBA program (EMBA) at Özyeğin University aims to provide experienced managers with cutting-edge tools for effective decision-making. We understand the need for continuously updated skills in a challenging, competitive global business world. Hence, our classes are designed to balance theoretical knowledge with real world applications through case-based teaching.
EMBA consists of five modules, each lasting eight weeks. The total length of this non-thesis master's program is twelve months. After completing core courses in economics, finance, management, marketing, operations management, and organizational behavior, students choose electives that are relevant for their interests. Seminars enrich our program, where executives of leading firms visit us to share their experiences and insights. In order to graduate, students must complete a CapStone project, advised by a faculty member from the School of Business.
In addition, we offer a global immersion trip for our students to experience the vision of the program in a global setting. During a week-long trip to Boston, Massachusetts, students not only listen to seminars by world renowned scientists in academic settings, but also visit leading firms such as Google, Boeing, GE, and IBM Watson Health to meet top executives. This trip gives our students a chance to learn about strategic management practices directly from top professionals in their sectors.
Finally, our small class setting makes it possible for students to directly interact with world-class faculty. Classes are held at the SwissOtel the Bosphorus Graduate School of Business Residence Building in Maçka, İstanbul, which is a convenient, central location. We appreciate your interest in our program and look forward to meeting you. Please do not hesitate to contact me by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in case you have questions.
