Message from the Director

I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to all current and prospective participants of our Executive MBA (EMBA) program at Özyeğin University.

Our EMBA program provides a curriculum that is not only academically rigorous but also deeply practical. Our distinguished faculty, renowned for their expertise in various fields, are committed to delivering a curriculum that integrates cutting-edge theory with real-world application. The program fosters a collaborative and engaging learning environment where professionals come together to share experiences and challenge perspectives. Our network of alumni and industry connections provides a valuable resource for mentorship, networking, and professional growth.

Our comprehensive program unfolds across five modules, each spanning eight weeks, resulting in a twelve-month duration for this non-thesis master's program. Following the foundational courses in economics, finance, management, marketing, operations management, and organizational behavior, students have the flexibility to tailor their learning experience by selecting electives aligned with their specific interests. Regular seminars feature prominent executives from leading firms who share their invaluable experiences and insights. As a culmination of their academic journey, students undertake a CapStone project, guided by a faculty member from the School of Business.

In addition to the robust curriculum, our Executive MBA students engage in three online courses offered by Harvard Business School Online, focusing on the Leadership and Management learning track. Upon successful completion, students earn a certificate from Harvard, adding a prestigious layer to their academic achievements.

In our small class setting, students have the unique opportunity to engage directly with our esteemed world-class faculty. Our classes take place at the Swissotel the Bosphorus Graduate School of Business Residence Building in Maçka, Istanbul—a centrally located and convenient venue, providing an optimal environment for learning and collaboration.
