Energy Efficiency

The Özyeğin University campus houses green and sustainable buildings. The University also makes sure that all its new buildings are environmentally friendly. Students, faculty and staff will actively contribute to energy efficiency by closing the doors, and turning off the lights, while the University will also capitalize on passive methods such as using energy efficient equipment, lighting, facilities and infrastructure. The rules for energy efficiency and environmental protection which must be observed by all students, faculty and staff are further explained in detail in Campus Energy and Water Resources User Manual (10.12.2018).
