Academic Advising and General Support 

• Peer Advisor: A senior student from your faculty who assists with practical university life questions.
• 360 Advising Office: Provides academic guidance and supports students in their transition to university life. To schedule an appointment, visit the 360 Advising Office .

Academic Calendar

The academic calendar outlines important dates such as semester registrations, add/drop and withdrawal periods, English proficiency exams, tuition payments, and other academic activities. Postal Services (PTT & University Mail Services)

Postal services in Turkey are managed by PTT (Post and Telecommunications General Directorate). A PTT branch is available on campus:

• Location: Student Center, Floor -2
• Hours: Thursdays, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

For mail and packages, visit the Communications Office (Muhaberat) at Student Center, Floor -1. Only documents (not packages) can be sent from the university. For package shipping, use courier services such as:

• National: Aras Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG Kargo
• International: TNT, FedEx, UPS

Central Library

The Central Library provides an ideal study environment, featuring group study rooms equipped with LCD TVs, whiteboards, and various resources. It also offers a 24/7 study floor, where students can access copying, printing, and computer facilities even when the main library is closed.

OzU Store

Located at the Student Center Ground Floor, the OzU Store offers:

• Textbooks for preparatory and undergraduate programs
• English books and stationery
• OzU-branded merchandise

Copying and Printing Services

There are a few copy and printing locations on campus:

• Student Center, Floor -3
• Law Faculty Library
• Main Library
• Scola Building, Ground Floor
• Operating Hours:
• Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Students can also use copy machines located across campus with their ID card after depositing funds onto it. For printing setup assistance, visit the Copy Center in the Student Center.
