MyOzU
MyOzU is the university's main portal, providing access to various academic and administrative services. Through MyOzU, students can access course materials, announcements, and other essential resources, as well as generate digital ID’s for entry to campus, use library services and dining halls. All OzU members use MyOzu app. Once you have your OzU Email/ID and Password you can download and start using MyOzU app.

Learning Management System (LMS)
The LMS is a platform where instructors share course materials, assignments, and grades. Students can submit assignments, participate in discussions, and track their academic progress.

Student Information System (SIS)
SIS allows students to manage their academic records, including course registrations, transcripts, and personal information. It is an essential tool for tracking academic progress and managing enrollment.

Student Certificate
Students can request a student certificate through the SIS. This document may be required for administrative purposes such as visa applications, residence permit applications, or official verifications. Depending on the reason of getting a student certificate/proof of enrollment document you can choose the language it is issued when creating your online request.

Email Activation
New students must activate their university email accounts to receive official communications, including important announcements and updates. For detailed instructions and access to these services, please contact student.services@ozu.edu.tr or ask one of our advisors at the international office for help.

Student ID Card
Your OzU ID card is essential for campus access, library usage, and shuttle services. You can collect your card from the Student Services Center after enrollment.

Opening a Bank Account
To open a bank account, students typically need a valid residence permit and a registered address. However, students residing in university dormitories can open an account at the Fibabank branch using only their passports and a dormitory address letter.

Shuttle Services
Check shuttle schedules via the university website or the MyOzU app.
