Enrollment Procedures

All newly admitted students must complete their enrollment by paying tuition fees and uploading the required documents online within the announced deadlines. Özyeğin University reserves the right to verify all submitted documents. If any information or documents cannot be authenticated, Özyeğin University may reject or unregister the applicant.

Before Traveling to Turkey

Failure to complete the enrollment procedures within the specified dates will result in the loss of your right to study at Özyeğin University.

Do's and Don'ts
Do:

• Pay tuition fees and upload required documents online by the announced deadlines.
• Ensure all documents are authentic, as OzU reserves the right to verify them.
• Bring all your enrollment documents with you before traveling to Turkey.
• Activate your OzU Account after completing the enrollment, and follow the instructions to set your password.
• Complete the Apostille Process for International High School Graduation Documents before you come to Turkey if required.
• Apply for dorms on time to secure your place.

Don't:

• Miss the enrollment deadlines — failure to do so will result in the loss of your right to study at Özyeğin University.
• Submit documents that cannot be verified — OzU may reject or unregister you if your documents are not authenticated.
• Miss webinars or orientations to confirm what you need to do before you travel.
