All applicants who have completed their enrollment are expected to attend the webinars and online pre-orientation sessions announced via their personal email accounts. These sessions, organized by the International Office, provide essential information about the enrollment process and important details regarding the university. Participation is highly recommended, as these sessions offer preliminary insights into topics such as university access, dormitories, visa durations, and the use of the university’s general systems.
Apostille Process for International High School Graduation Documents
An apostille is a document authentication process that verifies the authenticity of a document for legal use in another country. To complete the apostille procedure, visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country where your high school is located.
For Equivalency Letter procedures, all high school graduation documents must be apostilled. We strongly advise you to complete the apostille process for all high school graduation certificates accepted by the Özyeğin University International Office before arriving in Turkey. Please note that an Equivalency Letter will not be issued for non-apostilled documents. Additionally, apostille procedures can only be completed in your home country.
For internationally recognized documents (e.g., Cambridge, IB Diploma, Matura, Baccalaureate, etc.), apostille approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of National Education is mandatory.
