Erasmus+ 2018-19 Study Mobility Results

Dear Erasmus+ Applicants,

In order to review the Erasmus+ 2018-19 study mobility results, please log into intexchange.ozyegin.edu.tr with your username and password. You may find your ranking in the attached document.

If you are placed to an institution, you must confirm your placement and term by approving and uploading the Commitment Form by Friday, March 23rd , 16:00 to the system.

If you do not submit your Commitment Form by the deadline, you will automatically be withdrawn and your application for 2018-19 academic year will be cancelled.

How to submit your Commitment Form:

1. Log in to intexchange.ozyegin.edu.tr
2. Your status will automatically appear when you log into the system.
3. If you are a qualified applicant who has been placed, you must carefully read the “Commitment Form” and confirm that you understand the conditions. After you approve the document, you must upload it to the system by the above-mentioned deadline.

If you are a qualified Erasmus applicant who has not been placed, you will see “waiting to be considered for 2nd placement round” under Application Status title. This means that you will be waitlisted automatically and have to wait for the 2nd placement round to select institutions if the remaining quotas of partner institutions are available.

Students who submit the Commitment Form by the deadline, will be invited for a compulsory Erasmus+ Pre-departure Orientation by International Office. Information about application to host institutions, transfer of credits & grades, health insurance, visa application process, etc. will be provided during this orientation.
