İMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT : ME300 and ME400 summer internships information session

Dear Students, 

ME Department Internship Coordinator, Dr. Özkan Bebek, will hold an information session about the ME300 and ME400 summer internships. All ME students planning to complete either of these internships this year are strongly encouraged to attend the Internship Info Session.

The session will be held both in person and online. Online participants must turn on their cameras. If you do not have a camera, you are expected to attend in person. 

A recording of the session will be made available later on LMS.

Internship-related questions or requests will not be approved by the department unless you attend or watch the session.

Attendance is not required for students planning to complete their internships in future years. However, internship-related questions will not be answered unless you have attended this or a previous session. If you have already attended a prior session, you do not need to attend again. 

Students who cannot attend this session due to a valid excuse (e.g., health issues, class conflict) will be required to watch the entire recording in a designated classroom/meeting room/lab under a teaching assistant’s supervision.
