One of the main objectives of the Nestlé Global Youth Initiative is to assist young people in their transition from education to professional life. This initiative aligns perfectly with Özyeğin University's educational approach that connects students with the corporate world, serving as the strongest common ground between Erikli & Nestlé Waters Turkey and Özyeğin University. We had the chance to observe this closely during the Sectoral Application Projects and Mock Interviews we conducted together, and we thoroughly enjoyed our partnership. The mock interview simulations we conducted with students from the Özyeğin University Faculty of Architecture was a highly distinct and rewarding experience for us. Today, architectural practice extends into sociology, philosophy, psychology, leadership, environmental sciences, art, finance, innovation, and literature, making architectural education a lifelong journey. During our time on campus, we observed that both the campus life and the versatile education model offer students a major advantage in accelerating this process.
