UETS – Ulusal Elektronik Tebligat Sistemi/National Electonic Notification System - registration (number) is required of all foreign nationals for their residence permit renewal applications as per a new regulation that is in effect as of April 2024. It is important that each student makes their UETS registration when they receive their first residence permit. The international office shares the necessary information about UETS each semester, so students can easily obtain it. This system is used to reduce paper consumtion and enables government authorities to reach individuals and entities easily and quickly through electronic notification.
