Renewal Application

If your residence permit is about to expire, apply for renewal at least 60 days before expiration.

Renewal Steps:

1. Visit the International Office for guidance and document preparation.
2. Prepare necessary documents (passport, photos, proof of address, health insurance, UETS registration, student certificate, etc.).
3. Some students may need to give fingerprints again (the system will notify you). The International Office submits your application – no need to visit the immigration office.
4. Submit Documents: Provide all required documents to the International Office within 4 days of applying.
5. Regularly check your application status until it's approved.
6. Your residence permit card will arrive at your registered address within 1 month.
7. You can collect your Residence Permit from the International Office.
8. Once it is ready, you will receive an email from the International Office to collect your card. If you receive your card at your own address, you may need to share a copy with the International Office

Tip: Submit all documents on time to avoid issues.

National Electronic Notification System (UETS) – Required for Extensions

All students applying for a residence permit extension must obtain a UETS (e-Devlet) address.

1. If you have an e-Devlet account, you can get this address online.
2. If you don’t have an account, visit a PTT office to get an e-Devlet password. PTT Office on Campus: Open Thursdays 10:00 – 12:00 (Student Center, Floor -2).
3. If your residence permit has expired, visit a PTT branch with your original passport.
